New website blocking bill in Australia
Government Introduces Website Blocking Bill | Australian Digital Alliance It is proposed that offshore sites can be blocked if their primary purpose is to infringe or facilitate the infringement of copyright. The extension to facilitation ie secondary infringement is significant but in my view necessary to give it teeth.
